Who We Are

Over a decade ago, I moved from the Midwest out here to Los Angeles and let me tell you that I have seen a big cultural difference. Basically the entire spectrum. It is such a great experience meeting with new and interesting individuals. Some of the most interesting people I've met seem to be children, as my nephews who join me during games, will be examples of.

Growing up with a Midwestern mentality, it was hindering to be as open with my story-telling, and I was often mislabeled a nuisance or a liar. In fact, I was lost in my own made-up worlds. Pretending to save my family for intruders with nothing more than a pillow as my weapon. Or fighting giant bear creatures at my grandparent's creek during the summers. Worlds that I came up with and was able to live for a short time in.

Having been through the ringer of creative suppression, I knew that I would want to do the opposite with anyone who is doing the same as I did. That is why Fantasy Role-Playing is an amazing outlet for the bursting creativity of any person who finds themselves stuck in the real world.

What is Fantasy Role-Playing?

We grew up with video games as part of our everyday entertainment. Being a visual medium, video games get a lot of flack, whether being inappropriate or too violent. With Fantasy Role-Playing, there are no limitations except for the expanse of your imagination.

Become characters that you create and participate in epic storylines that are only available in our modules. You can be what you want to be and do what you want to do (with a little bit of cunning and luck).

Character Sheets are pieces of paper with your character's information; what they use for weapons, what items they have, even what languages they can speak. Every player uses their character sheets to keep track of their accomplishments and to aid in the story telling process.

Dice are rolled to determine whether the thing you would like to do, either succeeds or fails.
